In the past, banknotes were counted here at Deutsche Bank. Then came the DAT BACKHUS. But, the chain was already chipped and the service was trying hard, but unfortunately quite unprofessional. Although, it wasn't the friendliness, the familiarization was probably just poor. In the course of its insolvency, DAT BACKHUS gave up the location and Braker Mühle now operates the branch. Voilá, now it's flurring ... That's why four very honest stars. Five stars are for me for top performance. The branch is on the right track - keep it up!

You really don't know what was the most unpleasant thing when visiting the "Braaker Mühle" bakery 🥨 on Hofweg. Was it the more (!) Than unfriendly employee who hurriedly slams the order onto the tray (!) Only to turn away without a word. 👿 No greeting, thank you or request could be heard from her, simply not the slightest (!) Form of customer friendliness? Or was it the owner (!) Who was shouting instructions and comments through the shop in a loud voice the whole time (!)? 📢 Was it perhaps the indescribable noise that was continuously caused by the three employees handling the café guests and the walk-in customers? Was it the messy & dirty tables, the garbage that was lying around? 🧹 Or is it the absolutely (!) Annoying music that makes the guest sound too loud? 🔊 It is really difficult to decide, but the sum total not only results in an absolutely unbearable atmosphere, but also an unacceptable treatment of the guests. Despite all of this, the coffee and cakes from the "Braaker Mühle" bakery are and remain unsurpassably tasty & always a recommendation worth it, but maybe you should stop at another branch for your coffee break ☕ than the one on Hofweg, so that you can really enjoy your stay there. You should show this level of appreciation for yourself and especially for the excellent baked goods 🍰 from the "Braaker Mühle" bakery.

The rolls are so from Obergeil. And first of all the filled butter cake. But folks, don't buy that much, otherwise I won't get anything. LOL ... 😋

Friendly staff, good quality, I always enjoy it. I am very enthusiastic about the Braaker Mühle anyway. Keep it up!!

Was having breakfast there with the family. Nice bakery with seating inside and outside. Unfortunately unfriendly staff ... The quality and preparation of the breakfast were not particularly good either. Others can do that better. A pity...

Very nice bakery with good pieces, a nice children's play area and franchise-style furnishings. Good option for family breakfast. The bus 6 to the Speicherstadt leaves directly in front of it

This is a very welcoming and friendly Dat Backhus store. There are free coffee refills here. So we spent a morning here.

The young woman who served us was visibly annoyed from our questions, impatient and arrogant grade -1. The dark-skinned employee and the older woman, however, gets 5+! Very friendly. The breakfast is not so great. The lettuce leaf was withered and the rim of the plate was spotted (see photos) Grade -1. Atmosphere and decor are cozy and modern. Prices too high for what you get.
